This exclusive Yoga Retreat is carried out with the Kinesi-K® Method to help you to create connections with your inner self and to clarify your identity as human being.

Breathe, meditate and energize yourself whilst you enjoy the sun in this splendid Eco-village in Sardinia.

The nature, the beach, the swimming pool, the tennis court, the green park and all other facilities will allow you to recharge your batteries and to find inspiration and self-confidence while releasing body tensions. You deserve to have a pleased and joyful life.

The “Is Morus Relais” is set in a panoramic position with a stunning sea view. The Resort is located directly on the beach, set within a 7-hectare natural park that slopes down to the sea and it offers a harmonious fusion with the surrounding scenery and the characteristic Mediterranean architecture of the main structure. The suites and villas are spread out among laurels, myrtles, junipers and olive trees.  The Resort is close 36kms from Cagliari Elmas Airport.

During your stay you can enjoy visits to the Resort’s wonderful surroundings, including Nuraghe of Barumini, the Grotte Is Zuddas and the Roman theater in Nora. In addition to this, you can also experience excursions by boat.

• Health & Food workshop with Silvia Bianco, food adviser and blogger. Her blog, cucinaincambiamento.it, helps people who wants to change their lifestyle but especially their food habbits. Living a life without counting calories and grams is possible. Silvia teaches us how to eliminate for good sweet craving, improving the digestion.
• Round-table meetings / social time to talk about Yoga topics and Kinesi-k® method
• Free time to relax, enjoy the beach, the nature, the swimming pool, etc.
