Libera ricercatrice nel campo della fisiologia articolare, biomeccanica e neuroscienza, da molti anni si dedica al movimento corporeo come prevenzione e cura, insegnante e formatrice. Si laurea in Scienze Motorie presso il Suism di Torino, si diploma presso Pilates Balanced Body University con Elizabeth Larkam e di Gyrokinesis con Juliu Horvath, sperimenta il teacher training Yogaworks di Erika Trice, approfondisce il metodo Feldenkrais e dopo un lungo percorso di studi che vanno dai meridiani miofasciali di Thomas Mayer ai meridiani energetici della Medicina Tradizionale Cinese, applica un approccio olistico all’insegnamento del movimento corporeo dove mente, corpo, emozioni e postura sono determinanti per preservare la salute dell’individuo. Conferisce un ulteriore titolo per avvalorare la sua professionalità nell’insegnamento acquisendo la Certificazione UNI di Insegnante Hatha Yoga.
