This week of yoga in a beautiful eco-village is your chance to learn the secrets of yoga practice, awareness of your body with the kinesi-k® method, health and well-being to find peace and joy. This is your time to recharge your batteries, release tension, strengthen your body, find the inspiration and confidence to awaken your full potential, which you need to create a happy life. Directly on the sea, immersed in a natural park, there are wonderful pristine beaches, bathed by the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, about 200 kilometers of coastline with fine sand and a desire for freedom. Horseback riding, Andalusian trekking routes, golf courses and driving ranges, huge beaches for surfing, fish tapas, picturesque villages, natural parks: there are many reasons to go to the Costa de la Luz on the Cadiz coast. Fuerte Conil-Resort is a four-star hotel consisting of three buildings (Fuerte Conil, Fuerte Costa Luz and Costa Conil), with 25,000 m2 of gardens and a Spa which is located right in front of La Fontanilla beach and a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Conil de la Frontera. In the El Buche restaurant, located next to the swimming pool, an accurate menu awaits you with top quality local products transformed into exquisite dishes, such as almadraba tuna and rice dishes that will amaze your palate. In the El Olivo Restaurant you can enjoy an excellent buffet with Mediterranean and international cuisine, and in the Noble Bar you will enjoy inviting cocktails and live performances with live music. They also serve light a la carte meals and our special menu for celiacs. Enjoy the seafront without giving up the comforts of the Fuerte Conil-Resort. We offer you a hammock service from which you can order food and drinks from the El Huerto restaurant without having to get up. Program

• 2 yoga classes per day (07.30 a.m. in the morning, 06.00 p.m. in the afternoon). Yoga disciplines practiced in the course: – Ashtanga – Vinyasa – Hata Yoga – Meditation – kinesi-k®
• During the week Kinesi-k® Functional classes (Functional toning / cardio exercises)
• Informative workshop on Yoga Training courses 200 and 500 hours and presentation of all the news of the Kinesi-K® Academy in the personal sphere and for the teaching profession.
• Round table: Meetings to share the themes of Yoga and Kinesi-k®
• Free time to relax, enjoy the beach, the swimming pool, practice surfing and various sports, trekking, biking, etc.
• Scheduled Excursions to Cadiz, Seville.

TEACHER

All lessons and workshops will be held by Dr. Sandra Zoppi, kinesiologist and UNI certified Yoga teacher and her team.

Accommodation and Treatment

Accommodation: Double or Twin Room with Sea View (on request with supplement possibility of double room for single use or alternative accommodations).
Treatment: Half Board with breakfast and dinner and drinks included. In the evening buffet there are dishes for vegetarians and vegans.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation up to 45 days before arrival, no penalty and refund of the amount already paid *.
• In case of cancellation of the reservation, in relation to the special offers for groups, Resort, transfer carriers and Yoga Kinesi Academy are forced to charge the following penalties: 40% from 45 days to 21 days before group arrival at the hotel
  60% from 20 days to 15 days before group arrival at the hotel
  100% of the stay from 2 pm before the group arrival at the hotel From 45 days before arrival at the hotel,
  in case of cancellation of a reservation made in a double room shared with another person, the difference will be charged at the rate change in single room.
